At Vinnies Online Op Shop, we want you to love your pre-loved treasures, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that as a charity-based shop, all items must be returned in their original condition to support our ongoing community programs.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition with all tags attached and verify that it has been less than 14 days since your order was delivered.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your item and include your order details inside the parcel, then send it back to us using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
